  1. How much are your services?
    Hourly work is charged at a rate of $35/hour. Unless a flat-rate quote is requested for a particular project, all services other than website/blog design and newsletter design are charged on an hourly basis. Website/blog design and newsletter design are always flat-rate projects, with quotes provided before any work starts.

  2. How do I pay you?
    PayPal is my preferred payment method of payment, though I will accept mailed checks and money orders as well. For first time clients (and all design clients), a deposit of 1/2 your quote or hourly estimate/budget will be required. Established hourly clients have the convenience of scheduled billing for work previously completed.

  3. How often do I pay you?
    For hourly clients, billing cycles can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on what works best for you. Clients who need more than 10 hours a month will generally be billed weekly or bi-weekly, rather than monthly. For all website. blog, and newsletter design clients, 1/2 of the quote for the design will be required at the beginning of your design, with the remaining half due at the end of your design.

  4. Can I get a discount rate if you do a lot of work for me?
    Of course! If you need more than 10 hours of work monthly, a $5/per hour discount will apply, lowering the hourly rate to $30/hour. If you need more than 20 hours of work monthly, a $10/per hour discount will apply, lowering the hourly rate to $25/hour.

  5. Do you work on all the projects yourself or do you have other that work with/for you?
    Right now, my team consists of myself, and my assistant, Theresa. The majority of work is completed personally by me, although there are times where Theresa will assist me – particularly if I have a lot on my plate. Learn more about me (and my assistant Theresa!).
