Hilary Brooks

I am Hilary Brooks, the face and force behind A Virtual Edge. Largely due to my over 10 years of experience in adminsitrative  and business management (eight of which spent in virtual assistant capacity), I have attained a vast skill set that has enabled me to become a versatile resource for my clients. During this time, I have also had the opportunity to advance my sales, marketing, and client relation abilities.

Previously, as the business operations manager for the US based mobileSPA franchise, I was responsible for marketing and sales initiatives, client relations, recruiting, invoicing, and overall management of the spa team. Currently, I also work alongside T.C. Coleman, CEO of UpwardAction® and America’s Online Business Coach, in an online business manager capacity, which involves print, graphic, and web design for sales and promotional materials; the formation and execution of sales and marketing strategies (including cold/warm calls); as well as editing audio and various other duties. My passion evolves around duties that make a direct impact on my client’s revenue, such as print and web design, SEO, sales, marketing, and others. Professional life aside, I am mother to three beautiful young ladies who never cease to amaze me daily… although, let’s be real here – those of you with kids know this amazement isn’t always a good thing It is my sincerest hope that I am setting a good example for them and that I can inspire them to follow their dreams. I’ve also been married for almost a decade to a great man who is constantly proud and supportive of me no matter what I do. My family and I enjoy summer camping in our home state of New Hampshire and every year we hope to do more of it! I have also been trying to learn the guitar, but honestly, I haven’t devoted the time needed to successfully learn. It’s still something I hope to accomplish though!
